This Privacy Policy describes how My Daily Grace collects, uses, and protects information when you use the My Daily Grace iOS app and related support pages.

2. Information We Collect

• Account information: sign-in identifiers from Apple or Google when you choose to sign in.
• User content: entries you create in the app, such as focus notes, gratitude entries, reflection history, and habit-related content.
• Subscription data: product identifier, entitlement status, renewal/expiration timestamps, and related transaction metadata.
• Usage analytics metadata: event-level metadata if analytics is enabled in Settings. My Daily Grace does not log full reflection text, prayer text, Scripture text, or freeform personal notes for analytics.
• Diagnostics: limited operational logs needed for reliability and fraud prevention.

3. How We Use Information

• Provide daily reading, reflection, prayer, gratitude, habit, and history features.
• Authenticate your account and keep entitlement status current for My Daily Grace Pro.
• Generate cloud-based reflection or cloud voice features when those modes are selected.
• Maintain app security and performance, including abuse prevention and rate limiting.
• Improve product quality through aggregate analytics metadata.

4. Cloud Processing

When you use cloud reflection or cloud voice features, relevant request data is sent securely to My Daily Grace backend services and trusted processing providers. On-device reflection mode, when available and selected, runs locally on your device.

5. Storage and Sync

• Some data is stored locally on your device.
• If iCloud sync is enabled, selected app data may sync using Apple CloudKit/iCloud services.
• Account, entitlement, and cloud feature operations use Firebase services.

6. Analytics Controls

You can disable analytics collection in the My Daily Grace Settings screen. Disabling analytics does not disable core app functionality.

7. Sharing and Selling

My Daily Grace does not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers required to operate the app and process subscriptions, subject to contractual or platform obligations.

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as needed for app operation, legal obligations, subscription management, dispute handling, and security. Retention periods vary by data type.

9. Your Choices

• Sign out at any time from the app.
• Disable analytics from app settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple subscription settings.
• Request account/data deletion using the process on the Account Deletion page.

10. Children's Privacy

My Daily Grace is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes To This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
