1. Agreement

By using My Daily Grace, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. App Description

My Daily Grace provides daily reading, reflection, prayer, gratitude, habits, and related faith-focused tools. Features may change over time.

3. Accounts

Some features, including cloud Pro features and purchase restoration, require sign-in with Apple or Google. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. My Daily Grace Pro Subscriptions

  • Pro offers auto-renewable monthly and yearly options.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
  • Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings: apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
  • Restore purchases is available in the app.
  • Any free trial, if offered, follows the terms shown in the App Store listing at the time of offer.
  • Prices may vary by region and are shown in the App Store at the time of purchase.

5. Permitted Use

  • Use My Daily Grace for lawful personal use only.
  • Do not abuse, interfere with, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to app systems.
  • Do not use the app to violate laws or rights of others.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued with or without notice.

7. Disclaimers

My Daily Grace is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. My Daily Grace is not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Daily Grace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to your use of the app.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse of the service.

10. Governing Terms

For subscriptions distributed via the App Store, the Apple Standard EULA also applies where required: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.
